This fixes NixOs/nixpkgs#15974
It's not a nice fix, as it's really clang's problem. The proper fix
should modify clang's usage of IntrusiveRefCntPtr.

Previously, the stage2 information was stored in haskell-modules, and imported directly from there. However, the correct stage2 information is determined by the version of ghcjs-boot repository. This commit makes the stage2 information part of the ghcjs derivation, which improves organization and makes it possible to override stage2 when overriding ghcjs.

llvm_38: update hashes and fix on darwin
...
The hashes for libc++ and libc++abi were wrong.
There was also an incompatibility with nixpkgs on darwin which is now
weakly worked around: the "os_trace" macro changed definition in the OS
X development SDK since version 10.9 as used by nixpkgs. LLVM 3.8 uses
the new version, which I am temporarily replacing with a printf on
darwin as it is only used in one minor location.

go: fix build on Darwin
...
The go tests get tripped up due to error messages along the lines of:
ld: warning: /System/Library/Frameworks/CoreFoundation.framework/Versions/A/CoreFoundation, ignoring unexpected dylib file
Which is due to us passing that along via $NIX_LDFLAGS in the `clang` wrapper.
To keep `go` from getting confused, I create a small `clang` wrapper that
filters out that warning.
Also, the strip.patch is no longer necessary, and only causes problems when
testing DWARF support:

runtime-lldb_test.go:218: Missing aranges section
FAIL
FAIL runtime 17.123s
Also, I disable the misc/cgo/errors test, as I suspect it is also due to similar
problems regarding `ld`:

nixpkgs: fix chez build failures
...
The Chez build was failing, as usual, due to impurities. The build
system refers to absolute paths for tools like `ln` or `true`, which
was the real culprit here. Furthermore the build also 'helpfully'
suppresses errors in these cases by piping to /dev/null, so you never
see any errors at build time until it's too late (otherwise, you'd
see failures to call /bin/ln or at ./configure time).
This also re-enables parallel builds, as they should be safe from
all my testing, I believe.

Remove the parallel build[1], and update to the latest commit which
updates the .boot files and fixes a few bugs, too.
[1] I figured many builds on my dual-socket 12core would expose
problems, but I have a suspicion of that being an issue.

One of the test scripts dynamically creates and executes a bash script,
which attempts to use `/usr/bin/env bash`. This patches the file to
use the stdenv's shell instead.
Otherwise, the only way this could have worked was by building go_1_6
outside of the sandbox.

Along with PR #13879 , these patches let julia build and run on
darwin. Using an llvm with shared library support is an idea adopted from
a @pikajude comment here https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/10864
The libgit2 change is mechanical to pull in iconv on darwin.
The frameworks are referenced by julia's build system.

The $lib output refers to the terminfo database in $out, which is about
10x larger than the ncurses shared library. Splitting these outputs
saves a small amount of space for any derivations that use the terminfo
database but not the ncurses library, but we do not have evidence that
any such exist.

rustcMaster: build against bundled LLVM

This is a workaround for what appears to be issue rust-lang/rust#30970 .
Without this change, rustcMaster will fail to build the clippy library
due to linking errors against LLVM (and ncurses, for some reason).
I expect this commit to be reverted once that issue is fixed upstream.

This addresses CVE-2015-8618 (a vulnerability in math/big)
This issue can affect RSA computations in crypto/rsa, which is used by
crypto/tls. TLS servers on 32-bit systems could plausibly leak their RSA

create many RSA signatures could also be impacted in the same way.

dmd: Avoid depending on gcc for the darwin build ( close #11949 )

Adding stdenv.cc into the PATH, also setting CC, so that on Darwin
clang will be used by default. Still allowing to use an existing value
of CC if it is set already.
Replacing __inline_isnanl with __inline_isnan on darwin since the former
one was not defined.

I originally assumed that people will push gcc-5 support to master
long before closure-size gets there, but I overestimated the situation.
We haven't really settled even the issue of ABI switch,
so let's use the same gcc version on closure-size and master.

ghc-7.10.3: don't pass compiler or linker flags through a response file
...
The new GHC version contains a patch [1] that passes linker and compiler flags
to GCC via response files rather than directly on the command-line. This is
supposed to be beneficial on Windows and other platforms that have trouble
dealing with long argument lists. On NixOS, however, this feature breaks the
flag handling provided by gcc-wrapper [2] and therefore causes the entire GHC
build to fail.
This issue has been reported upstream at [3]. It's not clear yet how to remedy
this problem, but until we've figured that out we just don't pass compiler flags
in response files on NixOS to fix https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/10752 .

neko: Add patch fixing arg handling on 32bit.

The error was reported at HaxeFoundation/haxelib#152 and was fixed by
HaxeFoundation/neko#41 in HaxeFoundation/neko@ccc78c2 , the latter being
fetchpatch'ed by us now.
This has caused the hxcpp build to fail on i686-linux with an "Invalid
array access" error.

mass rewrite of find parameters to cross-platform style

Fixes #9044 , close #9667 . Thanks to @taku0 for suggesting this solution.
Now we have no modes starting with `/` or `+`.
Rewrite the `-perm` parameters of find:
- completely safe: rewrite `/0100` and `+100` to `-0100`,
- slightly semantics-changing: rewrite `+111` to `-0100`.
I cross-verified the `find` manual pages for Linux, Darwin, FreeBSD.

ghc-nokinds: remove "nokinds" tag from derivation name
...
The name of the GHC derivation must match the name and version tuple GHC
uses to identify itself, because the withPackages wrapper uses that name
to construct installation library paths etc., and those paths must match
those constructed by the compiler. If we add another tag to the name
that GHC itself doesn't use, then the paths assumed to exist by the
wrapper are wrong.

Lay down the foundation for packaging the .NET echosystem

- fetchNuGet can fetch binaries from nuget servers
- buildDotnetPackage can build .NET packages using mono/xbuild
- Places nuget & paket as they would clash with nix
- Patch project files because F# targets are expected to be found in
the mono directory (and we know that's not going to happen on nix)
- Find DLLs that were copied from buildInputs and replace by symlink
for sharing
- Export produced DLL via the pkg-config mechanism
- Create wrappers for produced EXEs
- Repackaged this new infrastructure: keepass, monodevelop
- Newly packaged: ExtCore, UnionArgParser, FSharp.Data, Paket, and a
bunch more..

julia03: avoid opaque shell scripts
...
The old expression used a shell script to set some repetitive
makeFlags. The makeFlags settings were spread out over different parts
of the expression. This deters new contributors. The new expression is
clearer, at the cost of being slightly repetitive.

julia03: clean up LDFLAGS and LD_LIBRARY_PATH
...
There were a few unused LDFLAGS and LD_LIBRARY_PATH settings. There was
also an incorrect setting; Julia prefers to be linked to threaded
FFTW. The libary names are now set correctly so that it's not necessary
to link system libraries into $out/lib/julia as if they were private
libraries. The LDFLAGS were also moved out of NIX_LDFLAGS so they will
affect only the Julia build itself, and not all the individual private
libraries.

Use common licence attributes from lib/licenses.nix
...
Many (less easily automatically converted) old-style strings
remain.
Where there was any possible ambiguity about the exact version or
variant intended, nothing was changed. IANAL, nor a search robot.
Use `with stdenv.lib` wherever it makes sense.

Otherwise, `RUST_SRC_PATH` in `racerRust` will point to an invalid path
(such as `/nix/store/xxx-rustc-1.0.0.tar.gz/src`, where
`rustc-1.0.0.tar.gz` is a real tarball file).
