Buffalo Wings

Ingredients:
A "bunch" of wing/drumstick- Stick of butter
lets
Hot Sauce of your choice
Instructions:
Fry the drumstick-lets/wings till done, in oil. Remove and
drain. Melt butter in skillet, add desired amount of hot
sauce, about 1/4 to 1/2 cup, to butter and stir. Add
wing/drumstick-lets to butter mixture to reheat and coat.
Dip in Roquefort dressing.

Calling From Oz...this is a recipe that I got from the
Frugal Gourmet, and it ain't half bad!
