Bjørn Forsman ffb4797dd3 nixos/haproxy: remove broken default 'config' 
HAProxy fails to start with the default 'config'. Better disable it and
assert that the user provides a suitable 'config'. (AFAICS, there cannot
really be a default config file for HAProxy.)

Minor fixes to EC2 image generation script. Set autoresponder, so no interaction is necessary. Write output in a format that can be easily included in ec2-amis.nix of nixops.
