nixos/taskserver: Improve service dependencies ...
Using requiredBy is a bad idea for the initialisation units, because
whenever the Taskserver service is restarted the initialisation units
get restarted as well.
Also, make sure taskserver-init.service will be ordered *before*
taskserver.service.
