Eelco Dolstra c3d84d15ce Apply makeOverridable to stdenv 
This removes the need for hacks like stdenv.regenerate.  It also
ensures that overrideGCC is now stackable (so ‘stdenv = useGoldLinker
clangStdenv’ works).
