In "minikube: 1.0.1 -> 1.2.0" [1], the package changed from
buildGoPackage to buildGoModule. This package, docker-machine-kvm2, is
built from the same sources and must follow the same packaging.

libclntsh.so* and libocci.so* are symlinks to the latest version.
By using `install`, these are all dereferenced and duplicated.
Let's avoid that, and shrink the lib output from 621M to 226M.
This wasn't about PECL::oci8 in first place, but DBD-Oracle.
In the current version of oracle-instantclient, a libclntsh.so is
shipped, so DBD-Oracle is happy.
It's now possible to download Oracle Instant Client without having to
click a checkbox to agree to the license, and then log in with an Oracle
account to start the download, at least on Linux (for now).
Darwin still seems to be at 18.1, and version numbers haven't been that
aligned recently, so allow different version numbers per platform.
The SDL2_PATH environment variable is space-separated. However, CMake
lists are semicolon separated, and doing set(list "a" ${var}) will end
up with list containing "a;b c d". This causes downstream users to fail
parsing the include dirs list.
Normalize the include dirs list to a normal CMake semicolon-separated
list using separate_arguments.
LXQt uses the values in this macro to set installation
directories and in the case of lxqt-session to substitute in paths.
However, by doing this all the paths are from within lxqt-build-tools
prefix. By utilizing a setup hook we can set the directories with the
correct prefix as cmake flags.
For a long time, TRAMP has not worked with ZSH NixOS servers. I
thought I fixed this in 0740f57e63af61694d14796286cb9204, but now
realize that was only half the problem. For TRAMP to start working
again ‘unsetopt zle’ was needed, otherwise the connection would hang.
In addition, I have a few more settings added that can apparenty
interfere with these settings.
