This change removes `name` attribute from all expressions in `pkgs/development/python-modules`. pythonPackages: remove `name` attribute`

The `buildPython*` function computes name from `pname` and `version`.
This change removes `name` attribute from all expressions in
`pkgs/development/python-modules`.
