gutenprint: 5.2.10 -> 5.2.11

Browse Source 
Rework gutenprint derivation:

* Convert to regular stdenv.mkDerivation;
* Enable IJS driver;
* Fix cups-genppdupdate;
* Move things around to the proper directories;
* Enable parallel building;
* Clean from old hacks.
