Rewrite ‘with pkgs.lib’ -> ‘with lib’ Using pkgs.lib on the spine of module evaluation is problematic because the pkgs argument depends on the result of module evaluation. Don't start emergency mode on EC2 instances EC2 instances don't have a console, so it's pointless to start emergency mode if a mount fails.
