HEY!!!!!!  Long time no see, eh???  Yes, it's been about a day since I
have last released a THO file.  School was getting in the way, but now
all I have left to do is finals, and they are basically a JOKE!!!!
Well, enough of my life, here's the 28th THO file...

                       WHaT aN aCiD TRiP iS LiKe


  Let's first go into how you can take this wonderfully illegal
substance:

1) It's crystalized on a stamp and you put the stamp on your tounge.
   [This method is the most time consuming, but the most 'trustworthy']

2) It can be in liquid form and you put a drop of it on your eyeball.
   [This is the LEAST trustworthy, but also the least time consuming]
   [DON'T DO IT THIS WAY, IT CAN CRYSTALIZE ON YOUR EYEBALL AND]
   [CONNECTED TISSUES]

3) It can be taken as Mesq, which is a very very little pill (about the
   size of three periods (.) put togeather) and digest it.
   [This form also has a drug called 'speed' mixed with it, it's a]
   [different kind of high, NOT a pure trip]


  Now that you know how to take it, let's get into the effects.



  After taking the hit there aren't any effects for about thirty minutes
to one hour.  The first thing you notice are trails following everything
that is moving.  The brighter the object is the more trails you can
catch off of it.  On a normal trip (one hit) the trails can reach the
length of 1« to 2 feet.  It doesn't matter how far away an object is,
the trails will be the same length.  After the trails have been around
for about 1 or 2 hours the space distortion kicks in.  Things seem more
spaced apart than they really are.  For example, if a car is only « ft
away from the curb it may seem to be 20 ft away from the curb,
literally.  In a very short time period (10 to 15 mins.) the time
distortion is in full efect.  Similar to the space distortion, time
distortion makes everything either more or less than it really is.  5
mins. can seem like and hour and vice versa.  Your current trails can be
anywhere to 2 to THREE feet.  Your mind feels like it's on overdrive,
but at the same time you feel acute paranoia.  It's feels like everyone
that sees you knows that you are on acid, and it's not a very pleasant
feeling in the least.  Another of the blessed effects of acid is that
everything that you're doing at the time is the center of the universe
and your existance counts on you're accomplishing it.  Everything that
you feel touch you is exagerated, like as if it's all simultaniously 3
feet away than normal and 1ft closer to the center of your body.  It's
at this time that the "trip tricks" work the best, but I'll someone else
will write about them in another THO file.

  All of those feelings keep with you for the next 4 hours or so, but
after that period of time everything returns rather abruptly to normal
except you still see trails and the bodily nerve distortion  stay for
you for the next 5 hours or so.  You may still see trails for the next
couple of weeks, months or even years.  The acid itself crystalizes at
the base of your spine, but there's such a small amount in the initial
hit that it's not visible to the naked eye.

  I MUST WARN YOU:
    I have tripped only 3 times in my life, and I had permanately seen
trails since the first time that I had taken it.  Every so often,
without warning, my depth perception goes wacky for about 5 seconds and
everything seems two dimensional.  This may sound cool to you, but trust
me, it really isn't in the least.  Stay away from narcotics such as LSD,
PCP or anything similar, you can fuck yourself up for life.  One last
note, after you have taken 6 hits of acid you are declaired legally
insane, and I know someone who has taken over 200 hits in his lifetime
and he's normal on the outside.  Another of my friends has taken 50 hits
in his life, and he is comfortably insane.  Just watch yourself.
