Well now got it all compiled and running but ran into a snag.
The new rnews cant toss the news articals to anywhere but the JUNK dir.
It puts them all there with no header, junk at ends and a real mess.
It names them Zxx rather than the old axxx filenames also. So put the
old rnews, rnews.dbg, rnews.stb back and it now works OK. So the
programmer of rnews needs to relook at it. I sent Bob Bilson and Boisey
Pitre a report about it already.
