Welp, here I am again, with another modernz presentation. Consisdering

that many of you dial overseas through the use of packet networks, I figured
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
it was about time you learned how to dial directly overseas. Especially since
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
in the NIA text philes they have previously given city codes for the Soviet
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
Union (well it was the Soviet Union at the time they wrote the article, I don't
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
know what I'm supposed to call it right now) all of which was outdated or
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
incorrect as according to AT&T, the only direct dialed parts of what was
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
previously the Soviet Union is most parts of Armenia and Moscow itself.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
Hopefully there will be several chapters in the future on this
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
topic, including country codes/ city codes/ usa direct codes/ how to reach
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
different overseas countrys from a second country (for those roaming hackers
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
without a home country)/ and information on the packet networks used
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
overseas.
|

Of course it won't appear all in one file because:
