48 B'Dat! Greetings to one and all/few/whatever. I am now officially
49 advertising space at Midgard. This is a co-op house in SE Portland
50 which I have been running since July '87. We are going through a major
51 internal restructuring and I'm now looking for bodies to fill the space.
52 I am looking for a total of 6 to 8 people (this is reasonable capacity).
53 The house will comfortably house up to 8 people without discomfort or
54 room sharing. Rent & Utilities runs approx $125 - $200 depending upon
55 space, ability, etc. I'm trying to get people together to inhabit and
56 run the place in the event that I may need to vacate for points south.
57 During the summer the total house bills run ~ $750, in the winter ~ $900.
58 If someone wants to take over the entire place, I will at least entertain the
59 idea. Spaces are becoming free now; I expect to have something done with
60 the place by May 15. Oh, in case I wasn't clear, the $124 figure above is per
61 person, not total. The rent is $600/month; the utilities are somewhat
62 seasonal ($150 - $300 based on season and occupancy).
