Hello Dean,
From what I know, only the 68070 will support the i2c bus.. Not the
upgrade cpu which has a '020 core. I believe that that is why
development was discontinued. I could be wrong on this, but this is
the way I remember it.

John A Donaldson has broken the C barrier and RiBBS. I now have his C
conversion of Wes Gales CoCo OS9 unbundle working with arc (the Fido
archive standard).
I still need to get it working with lha and ar'd files but that should
be easy.

Well, I realize that they only the 68070 had the i2c bus, but there

are alot of 68070 vs MM/1as out there. Besieds I wanted the drivers
so I could play with developing i2c boards on my MM/1. Theoretically
you could add a few more ports, or an AT keyboard, etc.. It can do some

nifty stuff. Unfort, Philips has not been forthcoming with info on
the 68070, although they are nice/helpful they can't find data/app

info for that chip! Sad really :( Ah well, if anyone know about

i2c drivers, even half completed ones, I'd like them. I'm not a

driver writer but I'd make an attempt, if I could get some info on

the 68070!

anyone can help in his quest for i2c drivers or any info on them, please

join in the IRC or email Dean directly at "dean.leiber@support.com" or
